I registered my profile but did not receive an e-mail with my temporary password. What do I do?

Please go to your email and look in your Trash/Spam folder. Some servers automatically classify the message as Spam.

If you don’t find it there, please contact the Administrator of the site.

I have registered a profile and received an e-mail with my temporary password but cannot use the link to the website for activation.

Please go to www.torontophotoclub.ca and go straight to the log in page.

Enter your username and the password you’ve received in the e-mail.

How can I resize my image to 900px in one easy step?

Open your image in Photoshop

Go to File / Save for web and devices...

	Preset: JPEG High Quality: 60 Image Size: Make the long side 900 pixels Click Apply for the Image size Save the web sized image in your folder!

How can I resize my profile photo?

The best format for profile photo is a square. Best size is 168px X 168px saved as JPG/sRGB at 120kb

Open your photo in Photoshop. Pick the crop tool and set your pixels to 168

Why are we limited to a number of photo uploads per day?

I don’t want others to see my first and last names. What do I do?

Please log in to your profile and go to ‘edit my profile’ page. You will find the option to show or hide your name.

I don’t want others to see my personal email. What do I do?

Please log in to your profile and go to ‘edit my profile’ page. You will find the option

‘hide email on my profile’.

What is “Add to Favourites’ under an open photo?

You have an unlimited folder for favourite images of other photographers. Find the link to this folder on the left side of your profile.

What does ‘Report Photo’ under comments means?

If you see a photo that you find offensive or in violation of Our Rules you can report this photo to the Administrator of the site.

If I have a Silver Membership can I upgrade to Gold Membership at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade your Membership at any time.

Where do I go to upgrade my profile?

Log in to your profile and go to ‘edit my profile’ page. On the top of the page you will find information about your current Membership and a link to the page with all Membership options.

How can I cancel my Membership and/or delete my profile?
